I’ve used a bunch and don’t have a strong favorite.
Go Daddy is ok as far as the big names.

Well, I’ll recommend the hosting I use:

They provide almost unlimited space and transfer.
They provide a free domain name for life.
They support PHP and MySQL (which I use all the time)
But one of my favourite features is Add-on domains, what this simply means is that I can host several sites (as many as I want) on 1 account, so for my $5.95 a month I can have many completely different websites with their own .com addresses. You have to pay for each extra domain as normal but no extra on the hosting.
All domains hosted through them also come with free privacy protection.

Suggestion would be incredos.com, i have hosted a MS SQL Database with them and have had 100% uptime and no issues with domain transfers and email hosting solutions and the shopping cart designing that they offer. It is an easy to do, doityourself site hosting provider
