If you already have the name for it which is the domain name and the hosting space which is the web hosting service you just need to start building your website.
If you have not got much experience in building websites I would check if your hosting providers offers an online website builder tool. They are really easy to use. Eg:
You can also build your website using a design tool such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver. Once ready you just need to upload through the actual programme itself. You would just need to insert your ftp address, username and password. These details are provided by your hosting provider. You should have received it in your hosting welcome email.
